Curtain Pelmet & LED Ceiling Lighting in Dubai

Al Sahm Interior Design builds gypsum curtain pelmets and modern LED ceiling lighting for villas and apartments across Dubai. We design the ceiling, the lighting and the curtain pelmet together, so everything lines up and no wires or tracks are visible.

Curtain Pelmet in Dubai

A gypsum curtain pelmet hides the curtain track and motor and gives your windows a clean, built-in look. We add a hidden LED strip inside the pelmet so the curtains glow softly at night.

• Gypsum curtain pelmets for straight and corner windows
• Hidden LED strip inside the pelmet
• Space for motorised curtain tracks
• Made to fit floor-to-ceiling windows

LED Ceiling Lighting Design

We plan the lighting for each zone: soft cove light for the living area, spotlights for focus, and a feature pendant or chandelier over the dining table.

• Hidden LED cove lighting (warm 3000K or neutral 4000K)
• Recessed spotlights and magnetic track lights
• Linear LED profile lights
• Chandelier and pendant points over dining tables
• Staircase and entrance LED lighting

Smart Lighting & Dimmers

Control your lights with dimmers or a phone app. We can set scenes for relaxing, dining and guests — popular in new villa communities such as Damac Lagoons, Dubai Hills and Arabian Ranches.
