Al Sahm Decoration Design is an interior fit-out company in Dubai, working from our office in Umm Hurair 2 for over ten years.
We handle the whole job with our own team: design, 3D visuals, approvals, partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, lighting and finishing. One company from the first site visit to handover, so nothing falls between contractors.
Our work covers villas, offices, salons, restaurants and retail shops across Dubai. Every project is built to the client’s space and budget, not from a catalogue.
Al Sahm was founded by Fayyaz Ahmed, who has 18 years of hands-on experience in interior design and fit-out and started in this trade from zero. That site experience is why we run every project with our own team instead of passing the work between subcontractors.
Today, KHAT ALSAHM DECORATION DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION L.L.C has been working in Dubai for 10 years, from our office at Royal Palm Business Center, Oud Metha Road, Umm Hurair 2.
We design and fit out villas and homes, offices, salons, shops and showrooms and restaurants and cafés across Dubai. We also prepare 3D designs, AutoCAD drawings and government approval drawings. See all our fit-out services or browse the project gallery.
